About account opening

  • Do I need to verify my identity when applying to open an account?

    No, it’s not necessary.

  • Is it possible to open a corporate account?

    Yes. If you wish to open a corporate account, please apply for opening an account from this page.

  • By when should I submit the verification documents?

    There is no problem if you submit it from My Page by the time you apply for withdrawal. In addition, identity verification will be conducted after the withdrawal application.

  • I live in the United States, can I open an account?

    No. Residents of the United States cannot open an account.

  • How many MT4 accounts can I open?

    You can open up to 5 accounts. If you would like to open an additional account , please apply from the additional account application page on My Page .

About Demo Account

  • Please tell me how to open a demo account.

    Please download MT4 first. When downloading is completed, it is possible to open it from “File” → “Demo account application” on the leftmost menu. We are offering the same server as the live account, so please select “VirtueTechnology – Live”.

  • The demonstration account can not be connected. What should I do?

    Please make sure the connection server is “VirtueTechnology – Live”. If you still can not connect please contact us.

  • When is the demo account expiration date?

    Basically it is assumed to be 365 days, but if you would like to use more than that, we will extend the period if you can contact us.

About Live Account

  • What kind of account do you offer?

    We offer two types of MT4 accounts, standard accounts and super bonus accounts. Please see this page for details of each .

  • Is it possible to lose more than the deposit amount?

    No, you will not lose more than the amount deposited. We have introduced an innovative service called the Zero Cut System even if your account balance becomes negative, and we will not add margin to you. Within 10 days from the date your account balance becomes negative or as soon as you make a new deposit, your account balance will be automatically deducted.

  • Can I change my account currency in the middle of a transaction?

    No, I can not. In that case, please apply for an additional account in your desired account currency from the additional account application page on My Page .

  • If I don’t use my account, will I be charged an account maintenance fee?

    Yes, it happens. First, if 90 days have passed from the date of the last transaction, deposit, withdrawal, or transfer of funds between accounts in the target account, it will be considered as a dormant account. If any bonuses remain at that time, all bonuses will disappear from the dormant account. The dormant account will then be charged and deducted an annual US $ 60.00 or JPY 6,000 account maintenance fee. However, if the account balance is zero, there is no account maintenance fee.

  • Will my account be frozen when my account balance reaches zero?

    Trading accounts with zero balance will be frozen 90 days after the date of zero balance. Once frozen, trading accounts cannot be reactivated. If you would like to resume trading again, please apply for an additional account from My Page and trade with a new account.

  • Can I cancel my account?

    There is no concept of account cancellation. If there is no possibility of trading in the future, please withdraw the full balance of your account.

  • Is it possible to change the registered e-mail address?

    It is possible from the change information page of registration information.

About VirtueForex MetaTrader 4 (MT4)

  • I do not know how to use MT4.

    Please learn by referring to the guide page below.

  • I have forgotten the MT4 password.

  • Is partial settlement possible?

    Yes, it is possible.

  • Is it possible to make both-denominated transactions?

    Yes, it is possible.

  • Is it possible to install multiple MTs 4?

    Yes, it is possible. When installing multiple MTs 4, please press “Settings” on the opening screen at the time of installation, specify the save destination and folder name, and save with a different name from the existing MT 4. (Such as Virtue Technology inc 2)

  • Please tell me the maximum holding position number.

    It is possible to hold up to 200 positions at the same time including bid /stop limit orders.

  • What is the margin calling margin maintenance rate?

    If the margin maintenance rate is less than 120%, a margin call will be made, and if it is less than 90%, a forced loss cut will be made.

Transactions start from the next day at the earliest. Account opening fee and account maintenance fee are free.
